EPPLE Stuttgart Villen

Three Renowned Partners –
United in Purpose

Already, VILLENGARTEN in Stuttgart was a joint project by EPPLEZWEI, KUEHN MALVEZZI, and Levin Monsigny, just like the new neighborhood “AT TANNENHOF” in Baden-Baden. Each of us contributes their core competence to the project, ensuring that “AT TANNENHOF” evolves into a beautiful place where the new residents feel permanently at home.

The Project Developer EPPLEZWEI

EPPLEZWEI is a subsidiary of the family-owned company EPPLE, established in 1984. As a sought-after partner in complex project developments, we have earned a reputation that extends far beyond the borders of our home region around Heidelberg. We have been repeatedly honored for our outstanding architectural concepts. In collaboration with KUEHN MALVEZZI and Levin Monsigny, we have already brought Villengarten at Stuttgart’s Relenberg to life.
